canon point; post game, prof dekarios ending
content warnings; kidnapping, a worm was injected into his brain once and had some sway over his actions so everything that covers that (body horror, body autonomy and personhood issues, bugs and tentacles and what not, etc.) very toxic relationship with an ex, all the power dynamics, pressure and potential grooming.
he's quick to self sacrifice, not actual suicidal ideation or the like but brushing those borders.
canon particulars; the run's leader was a redeemed dark urge who largely followed the 'good' options (saving the grove, saving the dame, etc.) his astarion ended up ascended, while he handed the crown to mystra.
as a whole i'm otherwise assuming 'good ends' for most companions, though i am willing to be very flexible and discuss it with canonmates if they have certain preferences. feel free to ask after any particular choice, but the rule of thumb aside from astarion remains said 'good end/choices' leaning.
